Bloom School Pictures
Bloom School Pictures uses a web service to display the school pictures to the parents for purchase. However, these folders need to be password protected, but in a way that the parents can easily access.
I helped them by writing an API Integration that took their existing student lists and generated passwords for each student folder in the web service. The passwords could be easily described to parents/guardians because they were based on data points like last name and student id. Initially, a manual process that took a few hours after every shoot became an automated process that only took a few moments.
